Scott spent years working in the medical supply industry, helping people with special medical needs find relief from major diseases. In 2002, he realized there was a growing need to help seniors cope with the challenges of daily living. He felt there should be an alternative to nursing homes and assisted living centers. He founded Heaven at Home to help people get the assistance they need in their own homes. Scott married his best friend Lois and they have been married for over 20 years, and have two amazing children together. Scott enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Jaime joined Heaven at Home Senior Care in May 2005, and worked directly with clients and their families. She soon after moved into a supervisory role and focused on building relationships with clients and monitoring satisfaction with services. Jaime became the Vice President in 2019 where her primary responsibilities were providing leadership for her team and ensuring that Heaven at Home Senior Care is providing the highest level of quality care possible. Jaime led her team to achieve in receiving three distinguished awards from Home Care Pulse for 2020: Best of Home Care® Leader in Excellence, Best of Home Care® Provider of Choice, and Best of Home Care® Employer of Choice! Jaime feels very blessed to be in this position. She wants to ensure that the lives of her clients and caregivers are enriched by the services of Heaven at Home Senior Care. Jaime is happily married with three beautiful girls and loves spending quality time with family and friends. She is also very involved with her church.
Stacy Franklin, LVN
Stacy was born and raised in Denton, TX. She is married and a mother of three boys. Stacy graduated from nursing school in 2004 with her LVN license and has worked in all varieties of patient care settings, from private practice and skilled facilities to assisted living and home health. Stacy is the first point of contact with clients to assist them with their admission process. Once services have been established and the caregivers and clients have gotten into a routine, Stacy then oversees their care. Stacy performs a reassessment and quality assurance visit at every client’s home on a regular basis to ensure that the client is receiving the best care possible. Stacy is married to Russ, and they have three boys together. She enjoys hanging out with friends and loving on her dogs.
Lisa joined our team as a caregiver in May, 2019. She started her career in the medical field in 2009, and has since served as a manager in primary care offices as well as a supervisor of group homes for several MHMR residents. Lisa is a hard worker with the mission of making every client happy and comfortable. She truly prides herself in serving seniors within our community with excellent customer service. Lisa joined our management team in December, 2019, and now has the ability to staff our clients with excellent caregivers that share her philosophy on superior customer service. Lisa has three children and is the proud grandmother of five wonderful grandchildren. She loves cooking, spending time with her family, and planning events.
Na'Stasha Stribling, CNA
Previously a full-time scheduler for Heaven at Home, Na’Stasha now serves on an as-needed, on-call basis. She brings 15 years of management experience and a desire to improve the lives of seniors through her experience as a CNA, along with her compassion for helping others. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering for the homeless, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
VP of Business Development
Luke came to the Heaven At Home team from the home health world. He spent several years as a local and regional director of business development here in North Texas. Prior to home health, Luke spent time in business development roles in the long-term acute care setting and in pharmaceutical sales. Luke helps to mentor, coach, train, and develop Heaven at Home’s marketing team so that they can build relationships and educate the community on the services we provide. Luke has been married to Jessica, his high school sweetheart, for 20 years and they have three children together.
Community Liaison, Denton
With over 15 years of experience in senior care, Connie strives to get to know each client to make sure his or her needs are met and to make the onboarding process easy for families. Connie understands how important it is to provide a high quality of care, and goes above and beyond to achieve this goal. She is a master trainer in dementia education and holds a certification in gerontology. Connie has recently joined our marketing team, and is utilizing her skillset in working with referral sources to make sure our clients are getting the best care possible. Connie was elected President of the Elder Service Providers in 2019 and serves on the board of Directors for Medical City of Lewisville Hospital. Connie is married to Jeff, and they have two children together. She enjoys being involved in church, attending community events and loving on her dog, Ranger.
