Scott Vanderhoef
President
Scott spent years working in the medical supply industry, helping people with special medical needs find relief from major diseases. In 2002, he realized there was a growing need to help seniors cope with the challenges of daily living. He felt there should be an alternative to nursing homes and assisted living centers. He founded Heaven at Home to help people get the assistance they need in their own homes. Scott married his best friend Lois and they have been married for over 20 years, and have two amazing children together. Scott enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Jaime Tall
Vice President
Jaime joined Heaven at Home Senior Care in May 2005, and worked directly with clients and their families. She soon after moved into a supervisory role and focused on building relationships with clients and monitoring satisfaction with services. Jaime became the Vice President in 2019 where her primary responsibilities were providing leadership for her team and ensuring that Heaven at Home Senior Care is providing the highest level of quality care possible. Jaime led her team to achieve in receiving three distinguished awards from Home Care Pulse for 2020: Best of Home Care® Leader in Excellence, Best of Home Care® Provider of Choice, and Best of Home Care® Employer of Choice! Jaime feels very blessed to be in this position. She wants to ensure that the lives of her clients and caregivers are enriched by the services of Heaven at Home Senior Care. Jaime is happily married with three beautiful girls and loves spending quality time with family and friends. She is also very involved with her church.
Stacy Franklin, LVN
Director
Stacy was born and raised in Denton, TX. She is married and a mother of three boys. Stacy graduated from nursing school in 2004 with her LVN license and has worked in all varieties of patient care settings, from private practice and skilled facilities to assisted living and home health. Stacy is the first point of contact with clients to assist them with their admission process. Once services have been established and the caregivers and clients have gotten into a routine, Stacy then oversees their care. Stacy performs a reassessment and quality assurance visit at every client’s home on a regular basis to ensure that the client is receiving the best care possible. Stacy is married to Russ, and they have three boys together. She enjoys hanging out with friends and loving on her dogs.
Vicky Whitington
Client Care Coordinator
For Vicky, it’s all about building and maintaining solid relationships. Her personal commitment to ensuring that our client-caregiver experiences are optimal is something she takes as seriously as her faith and the relationships with her own family and friends. Serving others before self is her life goal. As a Client Care Coordinator, she aims to serve our clients and our care providers with unquestionable dignity, respect and sincerity at the highest level possible.
Sandy Wilburn
Staff Coordinator
Sandy lived in Central Texas until 1992, when she moved to Minnesota. She reconnected with her high school sweetheart and they married in 2016. She has two children of her own, ages 28 and 30, and a 13-year-old bonus son. She is also the proud Glamma to five glam babies.
Sandy has been helping care for children and adults for over 30 years. She owned her own daycare for ten years. Once her children were older, she worked at a hospital in Minnesota for five years until she moved back home to Texas, where she worked at a middle school in the life skills department. She found a passion for helping those with disabilities and it was then that she decided she wanted to go back to school for speech pathology to better help those students. During school, she needed a part-time position and chose Heaven at Home. She absolutely loved the company, staff, clients, and its mission. Part-time turned into full-time and eventually an opportunity to join the office staff as a Staff Coordinator, which she says is by far one of the best decisions that she has made. Whether she is in the field as a caregiver or in the office, she believes that Heaven at Home Senior Care is an amazing place to be employed.
Kaci Raybon
Recruiter
Kaci is the Recruiter for Heaven at Home and brings with her 15 years of management experience in the health field, where she was a health inspector around different parts of North Texas. She enjoys spending time with her two children, friends, and family. As the Recruiter for Heaven at Home Senior Care, her main goal is to provide the best care professionals possible to our clients, through in-depth interviewing, background checks, and verifying past employment and references. She has always had a passion for helping others and giving back to the community, so recruiting and hiring only the best care professionals for our clients gives her great joy. She is honored to be able to meet and get to know so many people in the home care field.
Emily Meyers
Staff Coordinator
Emily has a passion for helping people. She was born and raised in Denton, where she started her career in the healthcare industry in 2003. She studied criminal justice but found that her heart was with helping people, especially older adults. Emily was able to fulfill her heart’s passion by working with Heaven at Home as a caregiver for five years, before transitioning into her role as Staff Coordinator. She loves being able to use her skills in this new capacity, caring for others and assuring their needs are met. The reward she gets from helping people is what makes her love her job. She has five amazing kids and a grandbaby she adores.
