The majority of our caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), so you can be confident that they possess a higher level of skill and commitment. Scott Vanderhoef


Scott spent years working in the medical supply industry, helping people with special medical needs find relief from major diseases. About ten years ago, he saw the growing need to help seniors coping with the challenges of daily living. He felt there should be an alternative to nursing homes and assisted living centers. He founded Heaven at Home to help people get the assistance they need in their own homes.


Jaime Tall


Jaime has been a caregiver since her early teens, when she helped care for her own grandmother. She started at Heaven at Home Senior Care in May of 2005 and worked directly with clients and their families. She soon after moved into a supervisory role and focused on building relationships with clients and monitoring satisfaction with services. Jaime advanced in this position and became our Director in 2012. Her primary responsibilities are providing leadership for her team and ensuring that Heaven at Home Senior Care is providing the highest level of quality care possible. She continually reviews our processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all state mandated regulations. Jaime continues her passion for Heaven at Home Senior Care clients lives and feels very blessed to be in this position. She wants to ensure that the lives of her clients and caregivers are enhanced by the services of Heaven at Home Senior Care. 


Stacy Franklin, LVN

Nurse Case Manager

Stacy was born and raised in Denton, TX. She is married and a mother of three boys. Stacy graduated from nursing school in 2004 with her LVN license and has worked in all varieties of patient care settings, from private practice and skilled facilities to assisted living and home health. Stacy is the first point of contact with clients to assist them with their admission process. Once services have been established and the caregivers and clients have gotten into a routine, Stacy then oversees their care. Stacy performs a reassessment and quality assurance visit at every client’s home on a quarterly basis to ensure that the client is receiving the best care possible.


Michelle Davis, CNA

Client Care Manager North

Michelle has a long history in home health care, holding various positions with some of the area’s leading skilled care providers. She came to Heaven at Home so that she could focus more on her passion – working with clients and their families. Michelle is responsible for staffing, scheduling, point of care changes, and more. If you have a last minute scheduling request, you can rest assured that Michelle is up to the task!


Toyuanna Griggs, CNA

Staff Coordinator

Toyuanna grew up in Muskegon, MI where her grandparents played a very active role in her life. Because of that relationship, Toyuanna was drawn to the healthcare industry. She became a CNA in 1997 and has worked with seniors ever since. Toyuanna relocated to Texas in 2017 and joined our Heaven at Home team shortly thereafter. She utilized her 20 years of experience as a CNA to recruit, train and manage our care staff. Toyuanna treats Heaven at Home clients with the same love and compassion that she gave her own grandfather.

Clayton came to Heaven at Home because his heart is in caring for senior adults. His main focus is building relationships with as many people as possible in the industry, in order to care, love, support, and assist as many families as we can. No matter what challenges families are facing, he believes that Heaven at Home has the team to help support them through it. 


Connie Fox

Community Liaison Denton

Connie has over 15 years of experience in senior care. She strives to get to know each client to make sure his or her needs are met to make the onboarding process easy for families. Connie knows how important it is to provide a high quality of care, and goes above and beyond to achieve this goal. She is a master trainer in dementia education and holds a certification in gerontology. Connie has recently
